Our purpose

Creating clarity from complexity

At Estrategia Colaborativa we help teams to find focus and move forward. We believe the best ideas are useless without a cleared and shared path to implementation. Currently, our work is led by Gabriel as lead facilitator and we add additional collaborators according to the project.

Gabriel is a strategy and execution expert with a decade of experience at USAID, where he designed multi-million dollar programs and forged alliances with global brands such as PepsiCo and Nestlé. As a partnerships advisor, Gabriel was consistently recognized as an ‘exceptional communicator,’ capable of facilitating collaboration among diverse interest groups—from corporate executives to government officials—to achieve a common goal.

Gabriel creates clarity from complexity. He has spent a decade aligning high-stake stakeholders to move million dollar programs forward—and now helps leadership teams do the same in their most important projects. Gabriel implements powerful methodologies like OKRs and Solutions Labs to ensure teams cut through the noise and leave the session with a shared, actionable plan to achieve their most important goals.
